 Please note that once you book a Private Retreat, it means your Mentor has blocked time exclusively for you. Deposits are nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation,  and   are responsible for any unbilled coaching hours prior to the retreat at the standard rate of $340/90 min, including any nonrefundable travel costs exceeding the penalty fees stated below. 

BEFORE 72 HOURS 75% of the deposit will be applied to a future retreat; the forfeited remainder will be withheld as a penalty fee.

LESS THAN 72 HOURS 50% of the deposit will be applied to a future retreat; the forfeited remainder will be withheld as a penalty fee.

DAY OF / NO SHOW You forfeit the entire deposit. A new deposit will be required for rescheduling.

TRAVEL EXPENSES You, and , are responsible for the fixed-rate tuition in addition to your travel costs and all *reasonable, substantiated costs associated with approved travel of the Mentor. *Reasonable travel expenses include but are not limited to mileage, airfare, internet connections, taxis, auto rentals, meals, incidentals, and lodging.

FINAL PAYMENT TUITION The balance of your tuition, in cash, is due upon arrival. Credit cards may be accepted but will incur a 3% processing charge.

FINAL PAYMENT TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT Upon completion of  Upon completion of the retreat, on the final day, all copies of receipts for travel expenses will be provided for reimbursement to be paid before departure.
